The E1 is built with a blue back lit training computer with ‘Push ‘n" Turn" control and 3 pre-programmed workouts. Pulse rate is measured by the included ear clip, meaning you can monitor your heart rate while you work out, and pulse range settings are available for fat burn and fitness zone.
The seat is adjustable horizontally and vertically so it"s easy to find the most comfortable riding position for you. Other features include gravity pedals (with straps), castors and height adjustment.
